Is a keyboard included?
Our planned collection focuses on keycaps and tools. A keyboard is not included unless a product page explicitly says otherwise. Check the exact contents of each set.
Will a set fit my keyboard?
Compare the exact key map, stem, profile, language and key widths. Keyboard size and total key count are not sufficient. See our compatibility guide.
Can I buy a custom design?
One-off customization is not available at this stage. It will be offered only after the exact product, file requirements, price, proof process and production time are confirmed.
Will these keycaps change the sound?
Sound depends on the keyboard, switches, mounting, case and other components. We do not promise a particular sound from keycaps alone.
Are the legends shine-through?
It depends on the exact variant and construction. Printed legends do not automatically transmit light. Check the product specification and LED compatibility.
Do I need a separate puller?
Check the kit contents first. Some sets may include one, but inclusion is not assumed. A keycap puller and a switch puller serve different purposes.
When can I order?
DeskCadence is preparing its first collection. Ordering is not open. Shipping estimates, return instructions and confirmed product details will be available before launch.
